Kate McGinley

Therapist Of The Month - Kate McGinley

"People start to heal the moment they feel heard."

We are not responsible for the thoughts that pop into our head, but we are responsible for the action that we take about those thoughts. I enjoy working with clients to sort out the thoughts they are having and determine what we can do about them.

"If we share our story with someone who responds with empathy and understanding, shame cannot survive."
